摘要
英国高校学分制与中国高校学分制相比,二者在学分理念、管理系统、课程体系、导师制度等方面存在着巨大差异。借鉴英国的高校学分制,树立新的教育理念和学分观念,加强学分系统管理,构建模块化课程体系,完善学分制配套实施措施,可达到人才培养多样化与个性化相统一的目标,为我国高校办学注入新的活力。
The British universities are advanced and reasonable as compared with domestic universities.There are many differences in credit concepts,management system,curriculum,tutor system and so on.It＇s necessary to learn from British universities,so as to establish some new educational and credit concepts,strengthen the credit system management,construct some modular courses,improve the supporting system of credit implementation.It can be achieved the diversity and individuality goals in the personnel training,as well as some new energies for domestic universities.
