摘要
目的观察葱白提取物对创伤性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中对兔活化蛋白C(APC)和血浆前体蛋白(TpP)的表达水平的影响。方法随机将新西兰白兔24只分为模型对照组、葱白防治组和葱白治疗组。制备兔下肢创伤性DVT模型,模型对照组给予生理盐水,葱白治疗组给葱白提取物1周,葱白防治组造模前持续给葱白提取物1周,造模后同葱白治疗组给药。检测造模前后各组APC和TpP的变化。结果造模后各组兔血浆中APC明显降低,TpP明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,血浆APC除治疗组第3天没有显著差异外,其余各组各时段均有显著差异(P<0.05),防治组各时段均优于治疗组(P<0.05);血浆TpP治疗组各时段均没有显著差异(P>0.05),防治组各时段均有显著差异(P<0.05),防治组优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论提高节APC水平,降低TpP水平可能是葱白提取物防治DVT的机制之一。
Objective To explore the effect of onion extract(OE) on activated protein C(APC) and Thrombus precursor protein(TpP) in troumatic deep venous thrombosis.Methods New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group,OE prevention group and OE treatment group.Traumatic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis models were constructed.Then,Control group were given saline,OE prevention group were given onion extract consecutively for a week before modeling and OE treatment group were given onion extract consecutively for a week after modeling.The level of serum activated protein C(APC) and Thrombus precursor protein(TpP) were measured and analyzed statistically.Results The significantly decreased level of serum APC and the significantly increased level of serum TpP were detected after treatment(P0.01) in all the groups.The decreased level of serum APC in OE prevention group compared with control group and OE treatment prevention group(P0.05) were detected after treatment in addition to the level on the 3th day after modeling(P0.05),and were better than OE treatment prevention group(P0.05).The increased level of serum TpP in OE prevention group compared with OE treatment prevention group(P0.05) were detected after treatment,and also in OE prevention group(P0.05) compared with OE treatment group(P0.05) at different times.Conclusion Onion extract can increase level of serum APC and decrease level of serum TpP,which is one of the mechanisms involving resistance to DVT.
