摘要
论述钢吊车梁结构疲劳寿命评估S-N曲线法、断裂力学法和损伤力学法及其应用的局限性等,在此基础上,介绍DFR法及其特点,对其在钢结构吊车梁的应用条件、方法与步骤等进行研究,明确DFR法可较准确地评估钢吊车梁疲劳寿命。
Methods of S-N curve,fracture mechanics and damage mechanics for crane girder fatigue life estimates and its limitations of application were presented.On this basis,DFR method and its characteristics were introduced.Conditions,methods and procedures of DFR applications in crane girder were studied,and it is cleared that DFR method can estimate the crane girder fatigue life accurately.
