摘要
专家检索是专家库的核心功能,主要用于科技决策与咨询工作中项目评审专家的抽取;专家库中专家检索效率的高低,直接影响着专家评审工作的有效性。为了提高专家检索效率与科学性,针对当前专家库信息来源单一、检索技术简单且主观性强等问题,本文在探讨国际上有关专家检索技术的研究的基础上,结合专家库中专家检索的特点,提出基于社会网络的专家检索技术方案。
Expert retrieval is the core function of the expert database,it is mainly used for the extraction of the project review expert in the scientific and technical decision-making and consulting service.The efficiency of the expert retrieval in the expert database will directly influence the effectiveness of the expert assessment.In order to improve the efficiency and scientificalness of the expert retrieval,and in view of the problems in the expert database such as single source of information,simple retrieval technology and high subjectivity,this paper proposes a social network-based expert retrieval scheme based on the discussion of the research on expert retrieval technologies in the world and in combination with the characteristics of the expert retrieval in the expert database.
