摘要
在当今知识经济和信息社会日益发展的背景下,高等教育面临的环境发生了根本性的改变,大学校长的角色、地位与作用也在不断的变化,大学校长评价的重要性也日益凸显。针对大学校长评价中存在的评价目的不清晰、评价主体单一化、评价方法不科学以及评价过程不完整的问题,在对国内外大学校长评价的内容与方法进行梳理的基础上,将360度评价、多属性决策等方法进行融合,并直接地应用到大学校长的评价过程之中,为进一步完善我国大学校长的评价方法及提高评价质量提供参考和借鉴。
In today' s world, the knowledge economy and informational society are developed so rapidly that the situation the universities are facing has been changed remarkably, and the role, position and competence of a university president change increasingly as well. The evaluation of a president thus becomes important and necessary, but the purpose of existing evaluation is often uncertain with oversimplified objects to be evaluated, irrational method and incomplete process. Clarifying the different objects to be evaluated and the methods in domestic and foreign evaluations of university presidents, a new evaluation process is proposed, where the different methods such as the 360° evaluation and multiattribute decision are integrated together. The new method as a reference for Chinese university presidents will improve the quality of evaluation and make it more rational.
