摘要
大学生现象和大学生工作是当今社会关注的热门话题之一 ,受到了党和国家的重视。因此 ,建构有中国特色的大学生工作学有其重要性和必要性。大学生工作学是研究大学生的基本特征和特殊行为 ,按照大学生成长的一般规律及其教育与管理规律 ,对大学生进行针对性工作的一门综合性运用学科。它分别对大学生工作的对象、大学生工作的环境、大学生工作的行为、大学生工作者素质、大学生工作评估等进行研究 ,以建立大学生工作系统。
As one of the hot issues in society, phenomena and work about university students are highly regarded by central government and are of great importance for constructing student ergonomics with Chinese characteristics. Student ergonomics is a synthetic subject that aims to study the basic features and peculiar behaviors of university students, and put forth pertinent measures based on the shaping, educational and administrational regularities of students.
