摘要
民族文化认同是一个历史现象,其实质就是以民族认同或国家认同的文化空间单位来巩固或瓦解被一定文化所濡养的政治实体,因此需要加以认真地区别对待。与文化全球化的不同发展阶段相蒂,民族文化认同历时态地孕育衍生出不同的形式及其特征。作为一个深生态阈的学理问题,民族文化认同的真正根源在于现代性的发微。在关系论视域中,作为文化现代化的实践理性的民族文化认同,契合的是中西文化各自文明"合法化"的必然性;作为形式上与民族文化认同相悖或伦理价值上与现代性一致的文化全球化,整合的是中西文化彼此"承认"及其更高层次上"和解"的可能性;而作为文化现代化的理论理性及其深层发生机理的现代性,却扮演沟通和圆融二者的角色。当代后殖民语境下的民族文化认同必须在理论承诺中开出"多元一体、和而不同"的方法论原则并进一步勾画出问题意识。
National culture identity is a historical phenomenon, and its essence is to consolidate or collapse the political entity nurtured by a given culture by means of cultural space units acknowledged by a nation or a state and therefore, it is to be treated carefully and distinctively. Similar to the cultural globalization of different stages, national cultural identity has nurtured and produced different forms and corresponding characteristics of its own diachronically. As a theoretical subject in a deep-going domain, the real source of national cultural identity lies in modernity. In the perspective of the relationship theory, national culture identity, as a practice- type of rationality of cultural modernity, tallies with the necessity legalized by Chinese and Western civilizations respectively, cultural globalization, which is at odds with national culture identity in form but in agreement with modernity in ethical values, integrates the mutual acknowledgement of the Chinese and Western cultures and the possibility of conciliation at a higher plane while modernity, as a kind of theoretical rationality and the in-depth genetic mechanism of ＂cultural modernization＂, plays a communicating and mingling role between the two. In the contemporary post-colonial context, national culture identity must put forward a methodological principle of ＂multi-dimensional wholeness and harmony in diversity＂ in its theoretical commitment and a ＂problem awareness＂ as well.
