摘要
以叔丁醇为原料,再与浓盐酸反应生成叔丁基氯,再与镁反应制得叔丁基氯化镁。以氰化亚铜为催化剂、叔丁基氯化镁和二甲基二氯硅烷反应制得标题化合物,收率74.2%,含量99.3%。化合物结构经MS、IR1、HNMR确证。
Tertiary butylalcohol and hydrochloric acid were used to synthesize t-butyl chloride,which then reacted on magnesium to yield t-butylmagnesium chloride.Finally tert-butyldimethylsilyl chloride was synthesized from t-butylmagnesium chloride and dimethyldichlorosilane using cuprous cyanide as the catalyst.The product was characterized by MS,IR and 1HNMR.The purity of the product was 99.3% and the product yield was equal to 74.2%.
