摘要
重碳酸钙镁型矿泉水在我国分布区域较广。沉淀是影响该种矿泉水质量和销路的主要因素。从产生沉淀的原因着手分析 ,提出了采用冷却后过滤、再通入微量的CO2 的方法来解决这个问题 。
Ca(HCO 3) 2 and Mg(HCO 3) 2 type mineral water is found widely in China.Sediment is the main factor influencing its quality and limiting its popularization.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the formation of sediment,the author suggests a solution which includes filtration after cooling down and the addition of a little CO 2.The satisfactory improvement of the quality will help to boost the consumption of this type of mineral water.
