摘要
随着咸宁市经济发展速度加快,科技人才现状越来越不适应经济发展,分别从科技人才的规模、结构及作用分析了咸宁市科技人才现状,并指出了咸宁市科技人才存在的问题,并对未来科技人才的数量及结构进行了预测,最后从武汉城市圈一体化视角提出咸宁市科技人才发展的对策。
With the rapid development of Xianning city economy, scientific and technological talents can not adapt to economic development. In this paper,the status of Xianning city scientific and technological talents is analyzed in terms of talent scale and function. At the same time, the problem of Xianning scientific and technological talents is also discussed and the quantity and structure of talents is forecasted, and then some proposals are put forward from the perspective of Wuhan city circle integration.
