摘要
提出用户和系统在公共连接点(point of common coupling,PCC)的谐波发射水平补偿增量回归估计法。利用系统谐波阻抗一元回归模型能平滑波动且无自变量相关性引起误差的特点,提出一种系统谐波补偿方法,降低系统谐波的干扰,近似消除系统谐波,以此估计系统谐波阻抗。根据国际电工委员会最新技术报告中关于用户谐波发射水平的定义和所得系统谐波阻抗,评估用户谐波发射水平,该方法不再基于传统方法中关于阻抗和谐波源大小关系的假设条件。对理论模型和实际工程算例的仿真证明所提方法的正确性和有效性。
A novel method to estimate the harmonic emission level of the system and the customer side at the point of common coupling(PCC) is proposed in a power grid by means of the compensated increment regression method.Based on the traits that the unary regression model for the system harmonic impedance can smooth the fluctuations without the error caused by the correlation of independent variables and reduce the estimated error by the system harmonic,an approach to eliminate the system harmonic components from the harmonic data measured at PCC is presented.The system harmonic impedance can be estimated by the harmonic voltage and current without system harmonic elements.According to the estimated system harmonic impedance and the latest technical report made by the international electrotechnical commission,the customer harmonic emission level can be evaluated to get rid of the hypothesis about the relationship of impedances and harmonic sources of the system and customer side.The simulation results of the laboratory simulation and the field test demonstrate that the proposed method is valid and accurate.
