摘要
对基于广义岭回归原理的系统谐波阻抗分析与谐波评估进行了研究。基于系统和用户的等效电路,可获得系统谐波阻抗、背景谐波和公共连接点谐波的解析表达式。利用在公共连接点同步测量得到的谐波电压、电流数据,将系统谐波阻抗和背景谐波作为广义岭回归方程的回归系数。采用广义岭估计的直接解法即可获得基于广义岭回归估计的参数,并计算出用户谐波发射水平。该方法能够克服样本中异常数据对回归系数的影响,具有比偏最小二乘法及岭估计法等更好的稳健性。运用Matlab软件进行仿真,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性和准确性。
The method of using the generalized ridge regression in system harmonic impedance analysis and the harmonic evaluation has been studied.Based on the equivalent circuit of the system, users can obtain system harmonic impedance,the background harmonic and the analytical expression of the common connection point harmonic.The harmonic voltage and current data can be got at the common connection point.System harmonic impedance and background harmonic can be used as the regression coefficients of generalized ridge regression.Using direct method can obtain estimation parameters of the generalized ridge regression,and calculate the harmonic e mission levels.The method, which is better than the partial least squares method,can overcome the influence caused by the abnormal data on regression coefficient,and its ridge estimators have better robustness.Using MATLAB simulation software,the simulation results prove the effectiveness of this method and accuracy.
