摘要 根据汽车制动系统工作原理,依据信号处理理论,针对传统制动性能测试系统测试参数少,可分析、灵活性差,无法全面检测汽车ABS的性能等问题,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的便携式汽车制动性能测试系统.系统以LabVIEW软件为开发平台,配以笔记本电脑、传感器、信号调理装置和数据采集卡.通过对采集的信号进行分析、处理能正确迅速地测试出汽车制动系统的制动状态、制动时间、滑移率和MFDD等性能参数,最后在前面板上显示性能参数曲线,根据曲线直观地评价汽车制动性能. According to the theory of brake system and signal process,a measuring system based on virtual instrument for automobile brake system has been presented against the disadvantages of traditional system,such as few parameter,bad analysis and can not test ABS in the round.This system is based on LabVIEW as software developing platform with pocket computer,sensor,sample-and-hold accessory and data acquisition card.The system can analyze the sampling datum to get such main parameters of the brake system as the braking state,braking time,the wheel slip and the MFDD.The testing result objectively indicates the condition of the tested brake system,parametric curves appeared on the front plate in the end.With the curve vehicle braking performance can be evalnated intuitively.
