摘要
研究了汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)控制器模拟测试技术。基于M CS 51单片机系统,开发了一种适合微机与ABS控制器之间通信的I/O接口,能实现ABS轮速信号与阀控信号的采集与传输,并对信号进行分析处理,从而实现ABS控制器的性能测试。
In this paper a simulation test technology for automobile ABS ECU was studied. A model of I/O interface used for communicating between PC and ECU based on the exploitation of MCS - 51 single chip system was developed. It can send and collect vehicle roller speed signal and control signal of electromagnetic valve of ABS pressure adjustor in real-time, and calculate and dispose. Thus, realized the performance test of ABS ECU is realized.
