摘要
在信息生态学相关理论研究的基础上,结合企业发展特点,针对企业信息生态系统建设提出了总体战略,进而针对系统发展的初创期、发展期、优化期和再发展期制定相应战略,最后,提出企业信息生态系统建设过程中政府、企业等主体针对系统自身和系统各要素应采取何种措施以保证企业信息生态系统良性发展。
On the basis of the information ecology theory and the relevant theories,this paper puts forwad the overall strategy of the construction of business information ecosystem combined with the characteristics of business development,and then formulates the corresponding strategy with the different periods of the systerm development：the start-up period,the development period,the optimization period and the further development period.Finally,it propounds corresponding measures that should be taken by the government and enterprises to ensure the sound development of business information ecosystem.
