摘要
目的探讨Abelson相关基因(Arg)和皮层蛋白(Cortactin)在人大肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法通过免疫组织化学染色法检测80例大肠腺癌组织、30例大肠腺瘤组织及30例癌旁结肠组织中Arg和Cortactin的表达及其相互关系。结果 Arg和Cortactin阳性表达在大肠腺癌组织中为70%和67.5%,均显著性高于癌旁结肠组织(0和0)和大肠腺瘤组织(0和0)。Arg和Cortactin表达与肿瘤分化程度和Dukes分期均显著相关(P<0.05);Arg和Cortactin高表达生存期低(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);Arg和Cortactin在大癌组织中表达有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 Arg和Cortactin可能参与了肿瘤生长和发展的共同通道,在大肠癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression of Arg and Cortactin in human colorectal cancer tissues.Methods The expressions of Arg and Cortactin in colorectal tissue specimens were determined by immunohistochemistry(two step method) in 80 cases of human colorectal adenocarcinomas,30 colorectal adenomas and 30 colorectal tissue adjacent to adenocarcinomas.Results The positive rates of Arg and Cortactin in the adenocarcinomas,adenomas and colorectal tissue adjacent to adenocarcinomas were 70%,0,0;67.5%,0,0,respectively,expression of Arg and Cortactin in the adenocarcinomas were higher than that of colorectal tissue adjacent to adenocarcinomas and colorectal adenomas (P0.001).There was a statistically significant correlation of Arg and Cortactin expression with tumor cell differentiation and Dukes stage (P0.01).Higher Arg and Cortactin immunostaining scores were associated with higher mortality(P0.05).There was no statistically correlation of Arg expression with the age and gender (P0.05).Conclusions Arg and Cortactin take place in common pathways in tumor development progression and metastasis.And they play an important role in colorectal carcinomas.
