摘要
电能质量监测网的建设关键在于通信协议的统一和数据共享,基于IEC 61850通信协议实现电能质量监测终端的开发和应用已成为必然趋势。电能质量监测涉及到稳态、暂态及事件顺序记录(SOE)等多种数据类型,其具体实现及数据存储方式也不尽相同。从电能质量监测领域实际的数据测量、传输和存储需求出发,分析了电能质量监测终端的功能分配,以及基于IEC 61850标准的监测终端的测量、暂态事件检测、运行及越限监视、数据存储等功能模型的具体实现。该模型对于基于IEC 61850标准实现电能质量监测终端的设计和开发具有较好的实际指导价值。
One of the key points for constructing power quality monitoring (PQM) system is uniform communication protocol and data sharing, so development and application of PQM equipment based on IEC 61850 becomes an inevitable trend. PQM deals with various types of data, including steady data, transient data and sequence of event(SOE) etc, each with different communication method and storage demand. Starting from the actual demands of data measurement, data transmission, and data storage in PQM domain, distribution functions in PQM equipment based on IEC 61850 and concrete implementation of function blocks such as measurement, transient event detection, operation and over limit supervision, and data storage etc, are analyzed in detail. The modeling of function is instructive for the design and development of PQM equipment based on IEC 61850. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
