摘要
用13CNMR技术研究了不同支化链的高密度聚乙烯的支化种类及支化浓度,考察了支化对其密度及结晶度的影响.研究发现:短支链对密度的影响具有决定作用,本文给出了支化度和密度的定量关系;对结晶度的影响虽然与对密度的影响大致平行,但更为复杂,不能确定出它们的定量关系;密度和结晶度不能简单视作同一平行参数处理。
Density value is one of the most important parameters characterizing the physical properties of PE (Polyethylene). This value is closely related to the type and consistency of branch. 13 C NMR is the most reliable method to observe PE branch. Presented in this paper is a quantitative measurement result of HDPE branch, which is relatively more precise compared with other methods. An equation between density and branch is established. Also the microstructural factor attecting the PE density and crystallinity is tentatively discussed.
