摘要
应用等温DSC法研究了引发体系对乙烯基酯树脂固化动力学的影响,结果表明,引发剂的联用降低了树脂反应的诱导期和达到反应放热峰值的时间,提高了树脂的恒温反应热。通过不同反应条件下乙烯基酯树脂浇注体的力学测试分析表明,恒温反应温度对树脂浇注体的拉伸及弯曲性能起决定作用,而引发体系的作用不大。
The effects of initiator system on the cure kinetics of vinyl-ester resins have been studied by isothermal DSC. The results demonstrate that the combination of initiators decreases the induction times and the peak times of the reaction of viny-ester resins, while increases the isothermal reaction heats. The mechanical properties of differrent cure conditions show that it is isothermal temperatures that decides the tensile strength and flexural strength, but not the initiator system.
