摘要
以西安绿茄为试材,采用不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯处理自根茄,研究了其对茄子根际土壤黄萎菌数量及土壤微生物组成的影响,探讨根系分泌物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对茄子根际土壤黄萎菌和土壤微生物种群的调控作用。结果表明:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯处理抑制了茄子根际黄萎菌的增殖,以0.5 mmol/L浓度处理效果最好,在开花期各处理中黄萎菌数量极显著低于对照;总体上,嫁接茄子根系分泌物模拟物质邻苯二甲酸二丁酯表现出增加了茄子根际微生物总量,降低真菌数量、增加了细菌和放线菌数量,提高了茄子根际土壤细菌与真菌的比例以及放线菌与真菌的比例。
Solanum melongena L.was as for tested matrial,effect of dibutyl phthalate on amount of Verticillum dahlae and microbial community in the rhizosphere of eggplants was studied at their different concentrations.The regulation effects of dibutyl phthalat on Verticillum dahlae and microorganism in the rhizosphere of eggplants were discussed.Results showed that dibutyl phthalate indicated an inhibitory effect on amount of Verticillum dahlae.Of which,0.5 mmol/L dibutyl phthalate presented the best inhibitory effect.Florescence,amount of Verticillum dahlae in each treatment was significant lower than control.As a whole,dibutyl phthalate simulated the root exudats of grafted eggplants as one of the main components in root exudates changed microbial community structure in rhizosphere of eggplants,with decrease of fungi(F),increase of bacteria(B) and actinomyces(A),enhancement of the ratios of B to F and A to F.
