摘要
以4种常用的茄子砧木品种Solanum integriflium、Solanum sisymbriifolium、Ciqie和Lycopersiconesculontum分别与茄子品种西安绿茄进行嫁接,研究了嫁接对茄子根际土壤微生物生物量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,在整个生育期内,嫁接茄根际土壤微生物生物量碳的平均值均高于自根茄,增幅为9%~30%。同一时期内嫁接茄的根际土壤微生物生物量碳也显著地高于对照。嫁接茄的土壤微生物生物量氮与微生物生物量碳的变化趋势一致。嫁接茄根际土壤酶的活性有增强的趋势。在现蕾期,嫁接茄的脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于对照,三者的增幅分别为15.15%~22.19%、0.38%~2.23%和11.11%~188.89%。同时,嫁接茄抗黄萎病的效果明显。
With Solanum integriflium, Solanum sisymbriifolium, Ciqie and Lycopersicon esculontum as stock and Solanum melongena as scion, the effect of the grafted eggplants on rhizosphere soil microbial biomass and enzyme aetivities was studied. The results showed that throughout the stage, the average of rhizosphere soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities of grafted eggplants were higher than CK, separately higher 30% ,25% ,16% and 9% respectively. In the same stage, the microbial biomass carbon was higher than CK. The microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon were in the same trend. The enzyme activities of grafted eggplants were enhanced. In the different stages of growth, the enzyme activities were different from each other. In alabastrum stage, urase activity, phosphatase activity and hydrogen peroxidase activity were higher than CK. Their amplitude were separately 15.15%-22.19%,0.38%-2.23% and 11.11%-188.89% respectively. The grafted eggplant had an obviously enhanced Verticillium-resistance.
