摘要
以福建省福州、厦门、南平三个城市的试点运行情况为研究域,根据问卷调查及个案访谈结果,分析试点阶段城镇居民对制度的认知度与认可度、受益情况、续保意愿、未参保原因,并就保障能力、服务效能、社区卫生服务等方面存在的问题,提出思考与建议。
This paper,taking evidences from the operation of the urban residents＇s social security system in 3 cities（Fuzhou,Xiamen and Nanping） in Fujian Province,according to a questionnaire survey and case interview,analyses the Urban residents＇s awareness and activity in the system,the benefit from the situation,the will of renewal,the causes of the uninsured,Then around the issue of protection of capacity,service performance,community health services,the paper puts forwards some suggestions to the system.
