摘要
我国的医疗保险制度经过多年的改革和建设,初步建立起了新型的医疗保障险制度体系构框架。针对现存的社会医疗保险覆盖范围狭窄、改革不配套、政府投入不足等问题,需要通过建立多层次的医疗保障体系、加大政府对医疗服务领域的资金投入、加快社会医疗保障的立法步伐和加大医疗保险改革力度等举措加以解决。
Primary medical security system framework had been built since years of medical insurance reform. Based on the issues as narrow covering, no matching and insufficient of government financing of social health insurance, suggestions as building multi-tier medical security system, more government financing and legislation were presented.
