摘要
工业化和城市化导致越来越多的失地农民,如何解决他们的社会保障问题成为影响社会和经济稳定的重要因素。文章结合肥西县实际情况,从社保现状入手,分析了失地农民当前存在的问题,提出了推进农村社保体系建设的对策。
Industrialization and urbanization causes more and more farmers landless, how to solve their social security problems become affecting social and economic stability of the important factors. Based on the actual situation, FeiXi County from social security situation, analyses the existing problems of land-lost farmers, puts forward the accelerating rural social security system construction countermeasures.
