摘要
炼钢连铸工艺需要了解方坯中各元素的分布偏析情况,进而对连铸工艺参数进行调整。实验选取一块经低倍硫印分析发现存在明显缺陷的连铸方坯样品进行原位统计分布分析,对应硫印分析的缺陷位置可以看出该样品中元素硫、磷、碳有一定程度的富集,在该缺陷带产生了明显的正偏析,这与硫印分析取得了很好的一致性。应用原位统计分布分析技术对另一块40Cr连铸方坯的C、Mn、Cr元素进行检测,根据各元素含量的二维分布图、统计分布图及分段区间对样品的元素偏析情况进行分析,发现该样品中碳元素分布不均匀,元素锰和铬的分布较好。该技术的应用可进一步指导炼钢工艺。
In continuous casting process of steelmaking,the distribution segregation of each element in billet should be understood for parameter adjustment.In this study,a piece of continuous casting billet sample which proved to be with distinct defect by macroscopic sulfur print analysis was used for original position statistic distribution analysis.In the defect found from sulfur print test,it could be seen that sulfur,phosphorus and carbon in sample was enriched to a certain extent,and there was obvious positive segregation in this defect band,which was in good agreement with the results of sulfur print analysis. C,Mn and Cr in another piece of 40Cr continuous casting billet were determined with original position statistic distribution analysis technique.Through analyzing the elemental segregation in sample by two-dimensional distribution map,statistic distribution map and segmented interval of each element content,it was found that the distribution of C in sample was nonuniform,but that of Mn and Cr was good.The application of this technique could further guide the steelmaking process.
