摘要
通过深入分析《汤姆叔叔的小屋》、《飘》和《根》这三部文学作品中的黑人形象,探讨形成原因及其艺术价值,并指出这些黑人形象是沿着"之"字形的道路延伸、发展的,即《汤姆叔叔的小屋》中黑人的文学形象揭露了奴隶制的野蛮残暴,而《飘》却表达出了对被打倒的奴隶主的无限同情,《根》中黑人的文学形象又再一次揭露和控诉了奴隶制。
By analyzing the negro images in the three literature works"Uncle Tom's Cabin","Gone with the Wind" and " Roots" ,this paper probes into the reasons why American negros gain these kinds of literary images,and studies the artistic value of the American negros'literary images. This paper points out the zigzag development route of the Americans negro images. The negro image in " Uncle Tom's Cabin" reveals the brutality of slavery. However,sympathy is showed to the overthrown slave owners in " Gone with the Wind" . The negro image in " Roots" accuses of the brutality of slavery again.
