摘要
目的:提取分离生、熟三七中所含的多糖,并测定其含量;比较生、熟三七中多糖含量的差异性。方法:通过水煮醇沉的方法提取;Sevag法除蛋白;蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定其多糖的含量。结果:蒽酮-硫酸法测定生三七中多糖的含量为6.60%,熟三七中多糖的含量为6.95%。结论:熟三七中的多糖含量高于生三七中的多糖含量。
Objective: To extract,separate and determine polysaccharide in raw and prepared Panax notoginseng,and to find their differences.Methods: The contents of polysaccharide were determined by water extraction and alcohol precipitation methods,Sevag protein-eliminated method,and Anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry.Results: The contents of polysaccharide were 6.60% and 6.95% in raw and prepared Panax notoginseng respectively.Conclusion: The contents of polysaccharide in prepared Panax notoginseng is 0.35% higher than it in raw Panax notoginseng.
