摘要
目的探讨胃腺癌组织中COX-2和MMP-9的表达与临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测62例胃腺癌组织及18例因良性病变行部分切除的正常胃黏膜组织中COX-2和MMP-9的表达,分析它们和临床病理参数对预后的影响。结果胃腺癌组织COX-2和MMP-9阳性率分别为66.7%(42/62)和77.4%(48/62),显著高于正常胃黏膜阳性率(P<0.05);COX-2和MMP-9的表达与胃癌的临床分期、浸润程度和有无淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);与组织学分级无关;COX-2与MMP-9的表达具有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和MMP-9在胃腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,并与其临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,是评估胃癌患者预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 and the clinicopathological characteristics in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in 62 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma,18 cases of normal gastric mucosa obtained from patients whose partial gastrotomy was performed for benign diseases.The effects of them and the clinicopathological parameters on the prognosis of patients were studied.Results The positive rates of COX-2 and MMP-9 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were 66.7%(42/62)and77.4%(48/62) respectively.The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa,and the difference was significant(P0.05).The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in gastric adenocarcinoma were significantly associated with TNM stage,invasive depth and lymphnode metastasis(P0.05),except for tumor grading.The expressions of COX-2 was closely correlated with MMP-9(P0.05).Conclusion COX-2 and MMP-9 play very important roles in the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma.COX-2 and MMP-9 are associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric adenocarcinoma and they are important markers in evaluating the prognosis of the patients.
