摘要
叙述了巴基斯坦卡拉奇核电站蒸汽发生器二次侧化学清洗静态实验过程,通过泥渣溶解实验和腐蚀相容性实验,确定了化学清洗工艺,并验证了蒸汽发生器结构材料的腐蚀相容性。实验表明,乙二胺四乙酸二钠清洗工艺在氧化性条件和还原性条件下能较好地溶解电站的真实泥渣,铜和铁的溶解量符合要求;对狭缝构件,除垢率也满足要求,蒸汽发生器的结构材料的均匀腐蚀符合要求,实验材料没有出现局部腐蚀现象。
The paper dwells on process of chemical cleaning static test of steam generator secondary side in nuclear power plant of Karachi in Pakistan.Through sludge dissolution test and corrosion compatibility test,the chemical cleaning process is determined and corrosion compatibility of structrual material of steam generator becomes validated.The test indicates that the cleaning process of EDTA can better dissolve real sludge in nuclear power plant in oxidization and reducing conditions,and dissvolved quantities of both iron and copper meet the requirement.Demands for slit member and scaling-cleaning rate are also accommodated,and uniform corrosion of structrual material of steam generator meets the demand and there occurs no localized corrossion in experimental materials.
