摘要
人文素质教育是当前我国高等教育改革发展中的重大理论和实践问题。高职院校实施人文素质教育的路径可以归纳为领导高度重视,提供实施保障;确立科学教育与人文教育融合的办学理念;以提高职业人文素质为目标,进行人文素质课程设置;加强延伸和引导,充分发挥第二课堂的人文性;提高教师的人文素质教育能力。
Humanistic quality education is an important theoretical and practical problem in current reform and development of China's higher education.As for the approach of humanistic quality education of higher vocational college,it can be suggested that leading members should pay close attention to the implementation,provide the support,and establish the school-running integration of scientific education and humanistic education.In addition,the courses on humanistic quality should be designed and the role of the second class of humanistic quality education should be strengthened so as to improve the teachers' ability of humanistic quality.
