肾素基因G10631A多态性与脑梗死的关系

摘要 目的:研究肾素(REN)基因G10631A单核苷酸多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对82例脑梗死患者和89例正常对照进行了基因分型。结果:脑梗死组REN10631位点AA基因型和A等位基因频率均显著高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:REN 10631位点AA基因型和A等位基因可能为脑梗死的易患因素。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between G10631A polymorphism in the renin gene and cerebral infaretion. Methods: The polymorphism was genotyped among 82 cases and 89 controls by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR - RFLP). Results: The frequencies of AA genotype and A allele in cases were significantly higher than in controls ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The AA genotype and A allele of G10631A polymorphism in the renin gene might be susceptibility factors for cerebral infarction.
