新型含硅阻燃剂与无机阻燃剂的协同阻燃性及机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用测量极限氧指数(LOI)和动态燃烧两种方法评价了新型含硅阻燃剂(SFR-H)与无机阻燃剂的协同阻燃性,并通过分析炭层结构和成分来研究其协同阻燃机理。研究表明,SFR-H与无机阻燃剂具有较好的协同阻燃性,其阻燃机理主要是两者的热降解产物在材料表面形成一层连续致密的耐高温玻璃态阻隔层来进一步提高阻燃效果。 By the methods of limited oxygen index(LOI)and dynamic combustion,the synergistic flame-retarding property and mechanism of a novel silicon-containing flame retardant(SFR-H)and inorganic hydroxide were studied.And the mechanism of the synergistic flame-retardant was also studied by analyzing the structure and its compositior.The results implied that SFR-H exhibited good synergistic flame-retarding effect with inorganic hydroxide by forming a continuous high-temperature resisting charred layer on the material surface during combustion.
