摘要
龙狮运动是中华民族传统的体育活动,是中华民族灿烂文化的一部分。高校开展龙狮课程与教学,不仅有助于推进我国高校体育课程建设,更有利于民族文化的传承和民族精神的弘扬。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对我国高校龙狮运动课程与教学现状进行了深入调查,分析了当前高校龙狮课程与教学中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了我国高校龙狮运动课程与教学的改革对策,以期为高校龙狮课程与教学改革提供参考。
Dragon and Lion Dance is the Chinese traditional national sport,one Part of the bright Chinese culture.The development of Dragon and Lion sport in university sports teaching is not only beneficial to the all-round development of our national education,but also advantageous to the inheritance and development of our national culture and spirit.This paper using methods of literature,visiting-survey,paper-survey etc,studies the status quo of Dragon and Lion sport education in colleges,points out its shortages,and puts forward the course strategies of developing Dragon and Lion sport education in colleges to meet the goal of further all-round,efficient and scientific development.
