摘要
教师实践性知识是教师所拥有的一种特殊知识形态,它源自教师的观察、体验和反思,具有情境性、个体性、综合性等特点,在教师专业发展、教师教育改革发展及教师的教育教学实践中有着独特的功能。
Teachers' practical knowledge is a special form of knowledge, which derives from teachers' observation, experience and self-examination. With the characteristics of being situational, individual and comprehensive, it is of unique function in teachers' professional development, teachers' education reform and teaching practice.
