摘要
研究了不同含量CeO2及CeO2与Y2O3混合稀土的加入对铁基结合剂金刚石节块性能的影响。结果表明:稀土CeO2的加入对铁基结合剂金刚石节块的硬度和抗弯强度有一定的影响;混合稀土对铁基结合剂金刚石节块的硬度和抗弯强度影响显著,加混合稀土的金刚石节块的性能都优于没有加的;当CeO2和CeO2与Y2O3加入量为0.2%时,能得到最优的性能。此外,节块的应力-应变关系表现为陶瓷的特性。
The effects of different amounts rare earth CeO2,CeO2 and Y2O3 misch-metal on properties of iron-based bond diamond segment were investigated.The results showed that the CeO2 additives had some influences on the hardness and bending strength of diamond segments,the addition of CeO2 and Y2O3 misch-metal had significant actions on the above properties,and their values is better than that of diamond segments without adding rare earth.When the addition amounts were 0.2%,the diamond segments have optimal properties.In addition,the stress-strain diagram of diamond segments is a type characteristic of ceramics material.
