摘要
研究了超声旋转磨削加工陶瓷材料中金刚石刀具结合剂对其切削性能的影响。通过对单个金刚石颗粒在超声旋转磨削加工过程中的运动分析,推导出切削力理论公式;同时通过实验得到陶瓷基、铁基和青铜基三种结合剂刀具加工Si3N4工程陶瓷(致密度70%)过程中X、Y、Z方向上的切削力。通过分析理论公式和试验数据,发现在超声旋转磨削加工过程中,刀具结合剂种类直接决定了刀具的磨损形式和磨损程度,是影响切削力大小的主要原因之一。
Effect of tool bond on cutting force in rotating ultrasonic grinding of ceramics was researched.The theoretical formula of cutting force was deduced by motion analysis of a single diamond particle in rotating ultrasonic grinding.Cutting forces in X,Y,Z directions of vitrified-bonded,iron-bonded and bronze-bonded tools in machining ceramics with 70% Si3N4 were analyzed through experiments.The results indicated that the bond of diamond cutting tool was one of the main reasons affecting the cutting performances,which would affect wear form and wear level of tool in rotating ultrasonic grinding directly.
