摘要
针对高产高效现代化矿井对煤矿综采工作面自动化和信息化的要求,研究了一种基于RS485接口Modbus协议的iFIX SCADA通信系统,该系统能实现对综采工作面各设备节点的实时监控。介绍了Modbus通信协议和通信流程,RS485原理及iFIX SCADA的相关配置,实践表明,该通信系统能有效实现矿井工作面的自动化与信息化。
For satisfying the urgent need of the automation and informatization to the fully mechanized coal face under the environment of the coal modernization,a communication system with Modbus communication protocol and RS485 interface is researched,which uses iFIX SCADA as the monitoring computer.And Modbus communication protocol and communication flow are given out,as well as the principle of RS485 and the configuration of iFIX SCADA,so that this supervisory communication system can effectively come true the automation and informatization for the fully mechanized coal face.
