摘要
基于热传导理论、弹性理论和温度场、温度徐变应力场有限元计算方法,模拟碾压混凝土溢流坝施工过程、混凝土分区、外界气温、温控措施等,仿真计算了坝体基础强约束区、弱约束区、非约束区、间歇面影响区在施工期和运行期任意时刻的温度和温度应力变化过程及分布规律,并提出了方便施工、节省工程投资的温控设计方案。
Based on heat conduction theory and elastic theory,the finite element calculation equations of temperature field and creep thermal stress field,the construction process,concrete body division,outside air temperature and temperature control measures of the RCC overflow dam are simulated.The simulation computation is made of the strong constraint zone,weak constraint zone,non-constraint zone and interval surface affected zone of the dam body foundation during the construction period as well as of the varying process of temperature and temperature stress and their distribution laws at any time during the operation period.Also,this paper suggests the temperature control design scheme convenient for the construction and saving engineering investment.
