摘要
目的初步探讨四种中药抗结核分枝杆菌的药物敏感性。方法对长沙市中心医院2009年1月-2010年3月确诊的结核病患者培养分离结核分枝杆菌,进行药物敏感性试验。采用改良罗氏培养基制备四种中药药物培养基,未加中药的改良罗氏培养基作为对照,分别观察结核分枝杆菌在四种中药药敏培养基上的生长情况。结果 1号中药培养基检测临床分离株79株,中药药物敏感性试验38株敏感,敏感率为48.10%;2号中药培养基检测临床分离株78株,中药药物敏感性试验62株敏感,敏感率为79.49%;3号中药培养基检测临床分离株41株,中药药物敏感性试验36株敏感,敏感率为87.80%;4号中药培养基检测临床分离株34株,中药药物敏感性试验31株敏感,敏感率为91.18%。四种中药对结核分枝杆菌药物敏感性不同,以3号和4号的抗菌效果最佳(χ2=35.82,P<0.01)。结论 2号、3号和4号中药培养基均显示出良好的抑菌效果,其中3号和4号中药效果更好。可以进行临床用药进一步证实2种药在人体内对结核分枝杆菌的作用。
Objective To explore the antibacterial effect of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines on Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis was isolated from tuberculosis patients in Central Hospital of Changsha from January 2009 to March 2010,which was used for drug susceptibility test.Four Chinese herbal medicines were added in the modified L-J culture media during the drug susceptibility test.Mycobacterium tuberculosis？was cultured in the modified L-J culture media without drugs as negative controls.The growth condition of Mycobacterium tuberculosis on the four different culture media was observed respectively. Results Seventy-nine strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were detected by No.1 Chinese herbal medicine,and the susceptibility rate of the medicine was 48.10%.78 strains were detected by No.2 Chinese herbal medicine,and the susceptibility rate of the medicine was 79.49%.41 strains were detected by No.3 Chinese herbal medicine,and the susceptibility rate of the medicine was 87.80%.34 strains were detected by No.4 Chinese herbal medicine,and the susceptibility rate of the medicine was 91.18%.Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference among the four Chinese herbal medicines（P〈0.05）.Antibacterial effects of No.3 and No.4 Chinese herbal medicines were the best（χ^2=35.82,P〈0.01）. Conclusions The Chinese herbal medicine susceptibility tests indicated that No.2,No.3 and No.4 medicines showed good antibacterial effects,especially in No.3 and No.4 medicines,which can be used for clinical medication and deeply confirmed in vivo.
