摘要
针对220kV坪江线30号～45号塔导地线展放施工这一特殊情况,对施工期间的电力分配进行了分析研究。制定了保证施工期间电网安全运行的特殊运行方式,并针对该方案进行了负荷分析及风险评估。最后,就可能存在的问题设计了事故预案,以保证施工期间电网设备安全和220kV系统的供电可靠性。
According to construction of ground wire laying of #30～#45 tower in 220kV Pingjiang line,research on the electric distribution during the construction period was carried on.Special operation mode ensuring power grid operating safety was schemed,power load analysis and risk assessment were presented according to the scheme.Finally,considering potential problems,a pre-planning was schemed to ensure the equipment safety and 220 kV power supply system reliability during the construction period.
