摘要
后悔是唯一仅与决策相关联的情绪,因其与决策的这种密切关系,而日益受到研究者们的重视。后悔调节策略是使后悔研究更具有应用价值的课题,但是国内相关的研究却比较少。体验后悔调节策略是指个体有目的、有计划地管理当前后悔(体验后悔),所采取的一系列心理和行为努力,并从目标关注、决策关注、取舍关注和情感关注四个方面进行研究,以期帮助人们保持良好的心境并能够在未来做出较为合理的决策。
Many researchers have paid increasing attention to the research of the regret,because it is closely related to the decision making,and it is uniquely tied to the making of decisions comparing with other emotions.Regret regulation strategies make the study of the regret being more valuable in application,but such researches are less common at home.Regret regulation strategies are referring to that people make a series of psychological and behavioral efforts,and manage current regret,which can be studied from such aspects as the start goal-focused,decision-focused,alternative-focused and feeling-focused in order to assist the individual to maintain a good state of mind and make a more reasonable decision-making in future.
