摘要
以冬枣为试材,在常温条件下(18~20℃),研究了硅窗袋对冬枣的贮藏保鲜效果.定期统计其转红指数、腐烂指数和软果率,同时测定硬度、Vc、总糖、总酸及乙醇含量等指标的变化.分析表明:硅窗袋自发气调达不到冬枣贮藏保鲜的效果,且硅窗面积设置越大,冬枣的失水也越严重,关于硅窗用于枣保鲜方面还有待进一步研究.
Experiment was conducted with Dongzao jujube for studying the storage quality with Si-rubberbag under normal temperature(18~20 ℃).The turning red index,decaying index and soft fruit ratio were examined regularly.At the same time,the hardness,ascorbic acid,total sugar,total acid and ethanol content were determined.The results showed that si-rubberbag can′t achieve the desired effect.Furthermore,the larger the silicon area was,the more severe the loss was.Using Si-rubberbag for fresh-keeping of jujube have yet to be studied further.
