摘要
以科学发展观为指导,强化服务功能,是地方普通高校图书馆建设和发展的重要课题。要搞好地方普通高校图书馆的建设,必须从以下方面着手:一是确立以人为本的服务理念;二是完善服务运行机制;三是提高馆员队伍素质。
Guided by the Scientific Concept of Development,to enhance the service function is an important topic during the construction and development of libraries in local universities.The following measures should be adopted： first,to establish the people-oriented service concept;Second,perfect the service operating mechanism;Third,improve the librarians＇ quality.
