摘要
清末新政期间,袁世凯在教育改革中扮演了非常重要的角色。他积极主动地推广新式学堂,废除旧的科举制度,规划学堂管理,兴办留学,培养科技人才。这些举措不仅对袁世凯本人地位的巩固产生了重要影响,而且对清末教育改革、中国教育的近代化,甚至整个清末新政的走向也影响不小。
During the period of new policy of the Late Qing Dynasty,YUAN Shi-kai played an importance role in educational reform.He vigorously spread new school education,firmly urged to abolish imperial examinations and actively made plans for the school management,advocated studying overseas,cultivated skilled personnel.All these measures have had great influence on consolidating his position and on educational reform,modernization of Chinese education and even the new policy by the end of Qing Dynasty.skilled personnel;scientific and technical personnel;skilled personnel in science and technology.
