摘要
清末新政时期,袁世凯行使直隶总督之权责,执行各项新政。袁世凯大力倡办师范教育,自此清末直隶师范教育取得了突破性发展,且领先于全国其他省份,初步踏上了教育近代化的轨道。
During the New Deal of Late Qing Dynasty,Yuan Shikai exercised the power and responsibility of Zhili governor, and implemented the New Deal. Yuan initiated to set up teacher education vigorously. Since then, teacher education in Zhili in Late Qing Dynasty made great breakthrough, and it developed faster than other provinces of China. Zhili preliminarily set foot on the road of educational modernization.
