摘要
针对连铸生产线维护、维修和大修对设备故障预测的需求,设计了一种基于设备状态监控的智能点检系统,利用数据采集节点进行数据采集和本地化处理,通过无线通信传输数据。设计了基于8051单片机的智能传感器节点,并提出了基于小波包分解—支持向量数据描述的设备性能退化描述算法。通过在钢铁连铸生产线中的应用,验证了所设计系统的可靠性和有效性。
To satisfy the demands of fault forecasting in Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul(MRO) service,an intelligent inspection system based on equipment status monitoring was designed.Data acquisition and localization were realized by data collection nodes.Then wireless communication was used to transmit data.Intelligent sensor network node was designed based on 8051 series Single Chip Microcomputer(SCM).A description algorithm for equipment performance degradation based on Wavelet Packet Decomposition(WPD) and Support Vector Data Description(SVDD) was proposed.Reliability and effectiveness of the proposed system were verified by applying to steel continue casting line.
