摘要
员工关系管理工作是组织人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,其从业人员的素质特征最终会对组织绩效产生影响。通过对116位组织中从事员工关系工作人员的调查发现,目前员工关系从业人员的结构具有需要工作经验较长、非专业化出身比例较大、流动性较强等特点。
Employee relations management is an important part of Human Resources work.The quality of the personnel who are in charge of this area of work will finally affect organizational performance.A survey on 116 personnel who are doing this job indicates that the current personnel structure bears characteristics of being in need of long-term experience,comparatively high percentage of non-professional background and high fluidity.
