摘要
本文利用荧光光谱对SnO2 纳米粒子水溶胶及其有机溶胶的光学性质进行了研究。发现粒子的表面结构对其光学性质具有极大的影响。水溶胶的荧光发射是由氧空位控制的, 其发射强度较低; 有机溶胶由于表面活性剂的作用, 改变了粒子的表面结构, 得到了较强的荧光发射。
In this paper,we report the optical properties of SnO 2 semiconductor nanoparticles in hydrosols and those of SnO 2 semiconductor nanoparticles in organosols in which the surfaces of the particles are coated by a layer of organic surfactant molecules.The photoluminescence spectra of SnO 2 semiconductor nanoparticles in the hydrosols and organosols in different conditions were measured and discussed.We conclude that the surface structure of the SnO 2 semiconductor nanoparticles affects their optical properties strongly.The oxygen deficiencies on the surface of SnO 2 semiconductor nanoparticles play an important role in the optical properties.The surface modification of the particles effectively removes the surface defects of the particles and enhances the intensity of luminescence.
