摘要
目的:观察一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:2008年01月-2009年07来我院口腔科就诊的128例急性牙髓炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用常规的根管治疗术,比较两组患牙近期(72 h)和远期(1年)的疗效差异。结果:两组患者近期临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.0 5),观察组疗效明显优于对照组;两组患者远期临床疗效比较均无显著性差异(P>0.0 5),观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎近期、远期效果理想,且可大大降低治疗中感染的几率。
Objective ： to observe the clinical curative effect in the patients with acute pulpitis of one - time mot canal therapy. Methods： Select 128 cases of acute pulpitis came to our Oral Pathology from January, 2008 to July, 2009. The patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group each of 64 cases, the observation group using One - time Root Canal Therapy, and the control group using conventional mot canal therapy to compare the differences with the two groups who had teeth recent （72 h） and longterm （ 1 year）. Restdts： Two groups of patient clinical curative effect has significant difference, （P 〈 0. 0 5）. The observation group recent was obviously better than the control efficacy. But two groups are relative with long - term and they has no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 0 5）. Conclusion： the short and long term effect is ideal by one - time mot canal therapy in patients with acute pulpitis, and It can be greatly reduced the risk of infection during the treatment.
