摘要
教师素质和教师质量的提升离不开科学的教师评价。本文以美国最新的教师评价指标作为研究对象,首先对美国教师评价指标的特色进行了探究,然后对美国教师评价指标在我国的认可度进行了量化研究和分析。通过质化与量化研究得出美国教师评价指标为构建辽宁省教师评价指标体系的启示。
To build the first rate country depends on the first rate education.However,the enhancement of teachers' quality and educational quality cannot be achieved without the scientific teacher evaluation and assessment.This paper explores the latest teacher evaluation indicators(TEI) in the United States.Firstly,it explores the features of the teacher evaluation indicators in the United States.Afterwards,a quantitative study and careful analysis have been carried out in order to find out the TEI recognitions by the teachers in China.Through both qualitative and quantitative studies,we got the inspirations of the TEI in the United States to the construction of the teacher evaluation indicator system for Liaoning Province.
